Hello world! My name is Dexter Nelson, and I am the founder of TechDex Development and Solutions.
I am an AI systems architect, an engineer (primarily networking), programmer and developer. In addition to that, I am an expert at sales and marketing, which includes everything from writing copy to launching campaigns, and generating traffic, (both paid and organic).
I am a lot of things and wear a lot of hats, but what I do here is pretty simple – I combine my technical background and experience with my business, sales, and marketing expertise to help others solve problems.
For my company, it shows up in the form of software, services, systems, strategy, and problem-solving.
I bring everything I know to bear to help clients get positive results, any my unique background and combination of skills allow me to serve in ways that most people or the industry can’t.
I Am A Unique Thinker
Primarily, I think in systems. I am an architectural thinker, meaning I look for governing principles first, followed by infrastructure, because systems determine outcomes.
What that means is that I do not stop at the visible problem. I want to understand what is actually going on underneath it. I don’t just want to know what’s wrong. I want to know why it went wrong in the first place, and prevent it from happening in the future.
Sometimes that is technical, sometimes it is a systems issue, sometimes it is positioning, structure, or something deeper that is keeping a business or project from moving forward.
People may come to me for development, support, AI, software, or business help, but what they usually walk away with is clarity, direction, and momentum.
What I Build Through TechDex
As mentioned briefly before, through TechDex Development and Solutions, I build and support software products, create technical solutions, AI systems, and business and marketing infrastructure – all of this is in addition to all of the other services, including tech support.
That combination is intentional.
I do not separate technical work from marketing because in the real world business, they constantly affect each other.
For example, what may seem like a marketing issue may actually be a bottleneck in the technical side of your system, or you might discover that large problems are just symptoms of a small problem.
That is why TechDex includes both software and services, and why the marketing arm of my company, Live Minder, exists as part of that structure. The goal is not just to build things, but to build things that work, solve real problems, and produce better outcomes.
